SHIPPING POLICY

NOTE: We only ship within Switzerland.

 

When you purchase an item on our site, you are actually ordering it. We may have enough of them in stock at the moment so that we can send your order immediately, however this will not always be the case. More often than not we will have to produce more of the product which can take at least 2 weeks. The time it will take to get to you depends on the size of your order. If you have only ordered one item it is likely, yet not guaranteed, that we will have it in stock and can send it to you directly. When you make your purchase you should assume it will take at least 2 weeks for us to deliver. You can always e-mail us at k.ceramicshop@gmail.com to confirm stock and lead times.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do our best to accurately depict and describe the items in our shop and we ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, and by nature have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact us via email at k.ceramicshop@gmail.com within 10 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in good condition in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Return shipping cost will be reimbursed.

After a 10 day grace period, all sales are final. 

 

We pack each item in many layers of bubble wrap, surrounded by heavy duty packing peanuts inside a heavy duty box. We take great care to ensure items arrive safely and we are happy to exchange it for a replacement for a similar item of equal value if you receive a damaged item. Please notify us via email at k.ceramicshop@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt if you receive a damaged item, and ship it back to the studio in original packaging. 

 

In the event of a stolen or lost package, refunds will not be provided. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is a secure location to receive packages.
